This South Mercer Island Waterfront Project had many challenges for Holliday Masonry. The planning stages with the builder, Beckes_Homes, were critical as many heavy precast items were hung with stainless lag bolts, that penetrated the building envelope.

Reclaimed Paving Stones
The Paving Stones were used as ballast in ships, then reused as street paving in SanFrancisco before finally being used to veneer this one of a kind home in Woodinville. The Carib colored brick accents were designed by the builder���s wife.

West Mercer Island Precast and Natural Stone
The beautiful full weight Precast Columns and trim pieces framed the natural stone fields in this entertaining and wonderfully livable private home on Lake Washington. An emphasis on Fresco living is punctuated by the outdoor fireplace/Pizza oven in one of the covered all season decks.

Form and Function for Retired couple
This Mercer Island home base was thoughtfully planned out for their ease and comfort in their active retirement years. The dramatic cantilevered hearth and the almost always present fire invites guests to their warm, cozy piece of heaven.

Waterslide at Home
Entertainment on a grand scale was the theme for this beautiful kids sanctuary in Woodinville Washington. The challenges of a slope side lot were beautified with stone cladding and precast wallcaps. The Grotto area is warmed with a full masonry fireplace and barbeque.

Natural Stone and Custom Precast predominate this comfortable estate surrounded by stone columns and walls. The beauty and warmth of the Moberg Modified Rumford fireplaces is featured in each gathering area of the home. Weathered Granite from Washington was used throughout.

The meticulous planning and reputation of Conner Homes catapulted this reclaimed industrial area and transformed this incredible thriving South Lake Washington location in Revived Renton. The generous use of stone veneers and modern livable designs evoke low maintenance and high quality.

Natural Stone Accents were used throughout this beautiful tucked away home in Medina. The Outdoor living space and Outdoor Fireplace area are accented with Limestone Veneer and Limestone accents. The outdoor barbeque area is protected.
